Thank you for your business. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully before finalizing your purchase.

 

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Unique Art by Annie E are considered final. Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, perceived color variations (resulting from monitor differences), or customer errors in selection of size or specifications.

 

2. Policy Exceptions: Store Discretion

While our general policy is final, we recognize that extraordinary circumstances may occur. Unique Art by Annie E reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy entirely at its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Requesting a Review: Should you believe your situation warrants an exception (e.g., verifiable damage incurred during transit, or a significant fulfillment error on our part), you must submit a request for review to uniqueartbyanniee@gmail.com within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Required Documentation: All requests for exception must be accompanied by comprehensive photographic evidence of the issue, including the artwork and, if relevant, the original packaging. We reserve the right to request any additional documentation necessary to fully assess the claim.

  • Decision Authority: The determination of whether an exception is granted—and the resulting resolution, which may include a refund, store credit, or replacement—rests solely with Unique Art by Annie E. All decisions made in this review process are final.

 

3. Procedure for Transit Damage Claims

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please notify us immediately within the timeframe specified in Section 2. We will collaborate with the shipping carrier to investigate the claim and advise you on the necessary steps, which may include holding the item and packaging for inspection.
